This AUD $100 payment is a non-refundable reservation deposit. It is not the full purchase price of a kitten.

When you later purchase your confirmed Silva Nix kitten, the full AUD $100 deposit will be credited towards the remaining kitten balance shown in your written agreement.

Important Deposit Terms

Non-refundable: the AUD $100 reservation deposit will not be refunded if you change your mind, your circumstances change, or you decide not to proceed.
Credited to your kitten balance: if you complete the purchase of your confirmed kitten, the full AUD $100 will be deducted from the final amount payable.
Reservation only: this payment records your preferred reservation group. It does not by itself guarantee a particular kitten, gender, exact colour result, coat length, litter date or collection date.
Written confirmation: final kitten allocation, total price, payment schedule and collection arrangements will be confirmed separately in writing by Silva Nix.
Changes: any request to change or transfer a reservation is subject to prior written approval from Silva Nix.
